TownPark Commons

TownPark Commons is an approximately 20-acre mixed-use development located just north of Colonial Town Center in Lake Mary, Florida. This exicitng new development features several new office buildings with several smaller shops and restaurants along the main boulevard.

The center piece of this development is a central park area featuring a large open lawn perfect for programs and activities for visitors and tenants, as well as impromptu lawn games. Restaraunts with outdoor seating line either side of the lawn and allow the perfect place to sit in the shade and watch the kids play a game of cornhole or run through the nearby interactive water feature.

IDG provided hardscape design and detailing for all of the project’s common areas and building entrances, as well as landscape and irrigation design.
