The Volusia Mall Site Apartments are designed to revive and repurpose an unused pr-existing retail structure. This is a mid-rise, multi-family community consisting of one, four-story structure housing 350 units, an amenities section with pool area, leasing office integrated into building and common area green spaces.
Innovations Design Group provided the conceptual through construction administration phases including landscape, hardscape and irrigation.
