Our goal for the Vue at Clermont is to develop a community that is unique to the local market. Setting ourselves apart from other communities with a blend of refined architectural character, resort style amenities, and a distinct connection to nature.
Within the site, the community offers a variety of amenities and experiences that foster social interaction with neighbors, as well as moments of private reflection and relaxation. There are spaces for all personalities that can be found within a multi-family community. The community amenities include a curvilinear pool with outdoor grilling terrace and dining space, a dog park amenity, an additional park with outdoor grilling and dining space, hammock lawn and fire pit area with a great lawn, connected by a trail.
Residents can lounge on the pool sun shelf or in the luxury of a pool side cabana. This design provides spaces with flexible uses that can cater to all of the community residents. Residents can enjoy the amenities with family and friends, meet neighbors through social events, or simply enjoy a moment to themselves.
