West Kernan Apartments is a 300-unit, high-end lakefront apartment community in Jacksonville, Florida. Highlights of the gated multi-family community will include a clubhouse with a resort-style pool. Pocket parks can be found along the lake’s walkway with amenities such as a hammock grove, fireplace, and grilling stations. Lastly, the project will have a dog park and large jogging tracks around the lake.
Innovations Design Group provided concepts through construction documents for the area development on this multi-family project.
