The Aden Senior Living Development at Lakeland caters to the needs of memory care and assisted living community through unique programmatic elements such as immersive garden experiences and sport lawns.
Community members can gather at the pool to sunbathe, or play games on the shaded game lawn, pick up a game of bocce ball, and refine golf skills on the putting green. Residents can also grow their food in raised garden beds immersed in butterfly gardens, sit down in one of the four outdoor dining areas in the courtyards to relax, or access the perimeter exercise trail equipped with workout stations focused on social engagement.
IDG was engaged to assist the design team with developing the outdoor amenity program and create unique spaces for the residents to enjoy daily. All exterior amenity and common areas were developed by IDG from concept through construction documents and administration.
