Roberson Independent Living

This 3-story, 120-room independent living facility is situated on 10 acres off Roberson Road, nestled among Winter Garden’s scenic wetlands. Residents can enjoy the beautiful Florida days at the community pool surrounded by covered seating or gather around the nearby fire pits when the sun goes down. The community also features an active lawn complete with a putting green, gazebo, and beautifully landscaped walking path, or those with a green thumb may enjoy spending time in the lush vegetable garden.

Innovations Design Group was tasked with providing the landscape and hardscape development, as well as, the project identity signage design, project theming, recreational area design, and streetscaping.
