The corridor between Orlando and Tampa is rapidly growing and the residential market is increasing. Cascades is a new “entry level” master planned community located in Haines City, Florida. The 1,200-lot community is nestled between a large wetland and existing residential parcels. The project features community parks, walking and jogging trails and a large amenity area. The amenity area consists of a resort pool, cabanas, fire pits, kids playground and pop jets.
IDG provided landscape architecture, signage, and lighting design services for the overall project.
