The vision for Cordova Village Center East Apartments is to create a modern Mediterranean community that encourages movement, connection, and relaxation. Overlooking a natural wetland preserve, the community features a resort-style pool, cabana garden, outdoor dining terrace, game lawn, overlook seating, and separate dog parks for large and small breeds, providing inviting spaces for residents to gather and unwind.
IDG provided conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, creating a cohesive outdoor environment that blends resort-inspired amenities with the site’s natural surroundings.
