The design intent for Big Cat Multifamily is to create inviting outdoor spaces that encourage residents to socialize, stay active, and relax. A linear resort-style pool, pavilion with grilling stations, game lawn, cabanas, daybeds, dog park, and pickleball court provide a variety of experiences while thoughtfully selected site furnishings create a natural, welcoming atmosphere.
IDG provided conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, including landscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and site furnishings, creating a cohesive amenity experience for modern multifamily living.
