Aventon Soraya

Aventon Ranch Road will consist of four residential buildings with a free-standing clubhouse on a 12-acre site. Amenities will include an event lawn & pavillion area, luxury pool, boardwalk, dog park, and much more. Innovations Design Group was tasked with providing the landscape architecture including landscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and water features.
