Our design intent for Big Cat multi-family is to create multiple areas to socialize and inspire the residents to stay active. The linear pool design allows the guests to enjoy little pockets of space on the pool deck. A pavilion with grills and a game lawn available all day is perfect for creating memories. The cabanas and daybeds will allow the residents to relax and enjoy a sunny day in Tampa. A community dog park next to a pickleball court serve as spaces for entertainment and interaction with other residents. The site furnishings have been carefully selected to be harmonious with nature, providing an organic atmosphere to the space.
IDG provided the conceptual design, design development, construction documents and construction administration including hardscape, landscape, irrigation, lighting, and site furnishings.
