Cassidy Residence

Located in the Winter Garden, Florida, this private residence was designed to feature lush foliage and an elegant resort style pool which overlooks the lake. The landscape was designed to enhance the luxury of the architecture and to invoke a feeling of seclusion for its residents. The driveway is designed to serve as a grand entrance with water feature at the front of the home and a wrap around through the port coche for access to the back area. There is an outdoor kitchen and relaxing firepit seating area to meet recreational needs as well as a secluded garden with children’s playstructure. Various species of palms and oak trees have been used throughout the property as well as flowering shrubs and annual planting beds.

Innovations Design Group provided the landscape, hardscape, irrigation and lighting services with design phases including: conceptual design, design development, construction documents, permitting/bidding and construction administration.
