Our vision for Hamlet at Venice Crossing is to design a connected community that caters to all people by creating a variety of spaces within a multi-family community. Within the site, the community offers a plethora of amenities and experiences that foster social interaction with neighbors, as well as moments of private reflection and relaxation. The clubhouse amenity serves as the primary gathering space for residents.
The amenities include a resort style pool with zero entry. The pool areas also provide a variety of lounging options from daybeds to chaise lounges, and hammocks. A pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and fire pit area are all connected to the pool area with the purpose of functionality and connectivity. There’s are additional active areas including a pickleball court and two dog parks. Residents can enjoy the amenities with family and family. Neighbors can meet through social events or simply enjoy a moment independently.
